We feature fully climate controlled, highly secure storage in a wide variety of sizes. We also offer extensive automobile storage, both indoor and outdoor. Private individual ground floor storage units with radiant in-floor heating are available.

Outdoor storage for RVs, campers and boats is also available — and we provide Cape Cod's only temperature and humidity controlled wine storage.

Wine requires a constant temperature. Large swings can damage it; too cold and flavors take too long to develop, too warm and it ages at an accelerated rate. The right humidity matters too — about 69% keeps corks soft and seals oxygen out, without mold on the labels.

Our computer-controlled climate system holds 55–59°F and 69% humidity, tied to a backup generator so cooling keeps running at full capacity in a power outage.

If there is a storage space available that meets your needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

All contracts are month-to-month. We do require 30 days' notice before you move out.

A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID or passport.

Pay in person, mail a check or money order, or pay through our website. You can also set up automatic monthly deduction from a credit card or bank account. We accept checks, money orders, cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No kiosk at this point.

Yes, we sell various moving supplies in our office. Complimentary handcarts and dollies are available for move-in.

No. When you sign you'll get your own security pass code for access to your unit during normal access hours.

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Call us with any question about a specific item.
New to storage?

Storage tips.

Keep it dryPlace items on 2×4 boards or pallets; concrete floors can get cold and damp.
Plan your accessKeep often-needed items up front and leave a center aisle, with a small gap from the walls for air circulation.
Stack smartHeavier boxes on the bottom, lighter on top. Boxes should hold 25–30 lbs.
Take inventoryList contents on all four sides of each box, and keep an inventory list away from the unit.
Protect furnitureBreak down tables with removable legs, stand sofas on end, cover upholstery, and prop mattresses so they stay straight.
Oil metal itemsWipe bikes, tools and metal tables with machine oil to prevent rust.
CautionDo not store anything combustible, such as paint thinner, gasoline, solvents or paint.
